It is with great excitement that I can officially announce that the Wine For Newbies iPhone app is now available! If you have an iPhone or iPod touch, this application will let you experience Wine For Newbies as never before. Download episodes right to your device and watch in the app. Hit a button to contact me via email, Twitter, or to visit the web site.
With upcoming episodes, there will be bonus content available only through the app. PDF files, extra episodes, and more. Head to the iTunes Store and check it out!
The Wine For Newbies 2.0 iPhone app is being submitted to Apple for approval. Hopefully, in a couple weeks we will find out that it is available in the iTunes Store. (It takes a minimum of 2 weeks, so don’t get too anxious yet!)
In the meantime, to whet your appetite, I have a few screen shots I can share.
One of the great things about this app will be that you will be able to listen or watch any episode without having to download it through iTunes–and thus you can free up space on your iPhone or iPod touch. The screen grabs don’t show the extra content yet, and I should mention that the appearance of the screens may change in the final product.
