I’m back home after an amazing week in California. I enjoyed drinking and/or tasting over 100 different wines and had the most amazing meal of my life–with plenty of wines to match–thanks to Michael Jordan at Disney’s Napa Rose restaurant.
I have a lot of material to blog about and podcast about, but will need a little time to sort through it. For those who contributed comments or sent me emails, I apologize for the delay in responding–we were pretty much “off the grid” for several days.
For now, I have one word for you: Pigato. There’s not much on it at Wikipedia, but there should be. Wow. Start hunting for some.
