…what would it be?
Later this month, I plan on interviewing Tom Rinaldi, the winemaker at Provenance Vineyards. I also plan on interviewing Steve Pignatiello, an importer of wines from Burgundy. Finally, in April, I plan on interviewing Michael Jordan, the manager and sommelier at Disney’s Napa Rose restaurant.
I have several things I know I want to ask these gentlemen, but if you have a question, please feel free to share it in the comments and I’ll see if I can work it into the interviews.
