Unfortunately, the Wine 101 lectures from Indiana University South Bend have come to an early end. There was one more lecture, where I covered Champagne, dessert and Port wines. Unbelievably, my minidisc recorder slipped, pulled itself free of the microphone cord, and bounced to the floor. It survived, but the battery popped out and *zap* there went the data. When I turned it back on, it greeted me with the “no track” message.
Oh well.
The wines were good, though. We had the Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, the Robert Mondavi Moscato d’Oro, and Sandeman’s Ruby Port.

Nooooooooooooooo! The lectures were so fun to hear!
We are trying to take the lectures slowly and love the format with the live recordings. Great Job!!!!
